Extraordinary.
Challenging.
Life-affirming

My entire life(!) has changed as a result of our work together…setting healthy boundaries, listening to my gut, prioritizing rest and play, identifying and tending to burnout, breaking up with the patriarchal productivity hamster wheel, self-tenderness and self-forgiveness, caring for my inner child, showing up authentically in all areas of my life, embracing my shadow...the list goes on.The only way out is through, and Amy will guide you through it so you can come home to yourself.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

There is affirmation in working with someone who ‘gets it’ and who could help me step into my own inner knowing with confidence.

In the context of romantic relationships, some of my patterns have emerged and I have begun to notice and repattern with her support. For example: Knowing my needs, wants, and desires but actually living in that alignment. She held my hand as I walked through a tough break up that was about choosing myself for the first time. This experience in itself has reminded me the importance and value in living in my truth. I would highly recommend working with Amy for her out-of-the-box approach and understanding of personal growth work. It was absolutely delightful.

Amy has legitimately changed my life, and helped me change it.

Our one-on-one work was beyond anything I could imagine or hope for. It was and continues to be a wild ride that has insanely tough parts to it, but worth every single bit of it. She created a space for me to get to know myself and all of the pieces that comprise it. She helped me create love within myself, for myself and for life. I am a drastically different person than I was when I started working with her. I am more me than I ever have been. I believe in myself and what I can create in the world. I trust & respect myself. I can hold myself through whatever I'm going through, and I don't have to rely on the outside world to tell me I'm making the right choice or going in the right direction.
