How It Works:

Prior to your 90-minute deep dive session I will send you a client questionnaire so I can learn more about you and what you are wanting to focus on throughout our time together.

During the session we may engage in any combination of verbal coaching, embodied exploration, and energy work to support your intentions, vision, and desires. (No two individuals or sessions are ever exactly alike.)

After your coaching call, you will receive a recording of our call within 24 hours, and have immediate access to me via Voxer for voice and text-message support for two weeks.

We’ll schedule your complimentary “Integration Call” to ensure a plan for you moving forward, and explore options if you are seeking assistance and support beyond the 2-Week Deep Dive.
